Ordering and payment
All my prices shown on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.
I reserve the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold-out goods.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive a new email when your order is shipped. If you want to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
I offer several possible payment methods.
I process my payments via Strip which accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
Some of the cards i accept:

Online payment with card
When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been sent. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection.
This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.
When you shop with a debit card, I reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true. I can downwrite the amount paid at any time - if e.g. a product is sold out, or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, I can NEVER increase the approved amount.
Due to every piece of jewelry I create is handmade, I claim the right to have 10 working days to finish your jewelry piece prior shipping. In some cases if the piece is custom made, more working days can be needed.
When finished, I will pack and ship your jewelry, so that you have it within 2-4 business days!
Outside Denmark, different delivery times apply depending on the country.
If i do any speical drops, collaborations or limited editions with intricate designs, there may be a longer work time, hence longer delivery time. This will be stated on the page.
Our shipping price is always free regardless of the size of the order. Your order is sent insured with DAO to Denmark, so you will receive your order in your mailbox.

Return and right of withdrawal
When buying products from our site you have a 14 -day right of withdrawal, where you can notify me that you regret the purchase.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, by a clear statement by email, notify me within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging
The item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, I consider it "used", which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. I consider used goods to be of no market value.
In the case of a pure returned item / exchange item, the cost of the return will accrue to you - I pay in return for the newly exchanged item to be sent to you again. You bear the risk for the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.
You can not regret by simply refusing receipt of the item, without at the same time giving me clear notice of this.

Refund of the purchase price when returning a piece of jewelery, the purchase price will be refunded to the card used when the jewelery was purchased.
Of course, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the item as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint.
Complaint regarding defects must be reported to Wscott.email@example.com within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, I will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
